The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old, or minors who have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the Service. The Service is not intended for use by individuals who have a medical emergency. If you have a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services immediately.

All services rendered by Priv Health are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, assessments, and treatment plans. If a patient is unable to attend a scheduled appointment due to an emergency, we will reschedule the appointment once.
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the Service without the prior written consent of the Company.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
